The story behind Sea Turtle XXL
The artwork celebrates the beauty, endurance and quiet strength of ocean life. At its centre, the turtle moves calmly through an energetic underwater environment, creating a contrast between peaceful motion and swirling currents.
Earthy browns and emerald greens describe the shell and flippers, while luminous turquoise and ocean blue expand across the canvas. Circular forms and sweeping marks evoke currents, waves and the continuous rhythm of the sea.
A layer of resin gives the surface a liquid reflection and enhances the saturation of every colour. Beyond its visual impact, the turtle carries associations of wisdom, protection and a deep connection with nature.
