The story behind the artwork
Black Stone XXL — Original Mixed-Media Artwork, 140 × 70 cm

The story behind Black Stone XXL
The composition explores the tension between strength and refinement, darkness and light, movement and balance. Broad layers of white, charcoal and grey form a mineral-like surface crossed by powerful diagonal fractures.
Natural black stones rise from the canvas and give the work a tactile, geological character. Between them, gold leaf appears like precious veins concealed beneath rock, catching the light and adding warmth without softening the piece's raw energy.
Its appearance evolves with the room: raised forms cast new shadows as daylight moves, while metallic details become more or less visible from different angles. The result is an artwork with both visual force and quiet sophistication.
